Job Description
We are seeking a flexible and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine and be comfortable working with a diverse patient population, including pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Perform standard procedures including starting IVs, EKGs, and managing drips and infusions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Handle a variety of emergency cases in a fast-paced medical environment.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in Emergency Services.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS.
- Experience with the EPIC documentation system within the last 2 years.
- Teaching facility experience preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, especially those under 5.
