My name is Nick Davis and I am with InstantServe LLC. We're currently recruiting for a role that we think would be a great fit for someone with your skills and experience. Would you be open to learning more about this? I have included a brief job description below to help you better understand the qualifications we are looking for:
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Boston, MA
Job type: Full time Permanent
Shift: Full-time 8 hours a day 40 hours a week
Pay Range: USD $90k - $98k Yearly/Annually + Benefits on W2
Must-Haves:

At least 3 years in a role as an executive assistant supporting C-Suite
Exceptional interpersonal skills, working with senior executives, C-suite, stakeholders.
Ability to manage and contribute to projects
Hybrid: 3 to 4 days onsite

Nice-To-Haves:

Preference is 5+ Years experience as an EA supporting C-suite
Preference BA, BS, Masters
Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum Education:
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred or;
High School with an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum Experience:

At least 3 years in a role as an executive assistant or a comparable administrative position.
Preferred Qualifications: 5 years' experience supporting C-suite in a fast pace healthcare setting or in a consultant firm is preferred.

Independent Thinker: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch and professional, reflecting a courteous and professional demeanor.
People Person: Strong interpersonal skills are essential. You'll be dealing with individuals from various disciplines and diverse backgrounds, including influential figures.
Organized Operator: Show off your record-keeping and office organizational skills. Computer literacy is a must for handling statistical data, creating schedules, and maintaining comprehensive records.
Problem-Solving Pro: Take the initiative to anticipate and tackle problems. Seeking solutions proactively is your second nature.
Confidentiality: You can be trusted to maintain strict protocols for all confidential or sensitive information.
Analytical Expertise: Leverage your analytical skills to develop and analyze budgets and related justifications.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is essential, including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
