Consolidated Medical Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Yuma, Arizona.

36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, nights

Hospital & Unit Info

Trauma Level: 2
ICU Beds: 42
Nurse-Patient Ratios:
- 1:1 or 1:2 (vent/sedation)
- 1:3 (no vent/drip patients)
Charting: EPIC (must have experience within past 2 years)
Support Staff:
- PCA ratio ~1:10 (can do EKGs, blood draws, ADLs, I/Os)
- Intensivist in-house 24/7
- RT available 24/7 (manages vents, CPAP/BiPAP/High Flow, intubation, ABGs)
- Monitor tech/unit clerk (USR role)
- Telemetry monitored both centrally and in-room

Required Experience

Must have:
- Recent Trauma Level I or II hospital experience
- Well-rounded ICU experience including vents, sedation, sepsis, pressors, cardiac, CHF, DKA, respiratory
- Titrating critical care drips (see full list below)
Required Certifications:
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
