Schedule / Shift
- Nights - 12 hours: 7 PM - 7 AM
- 36 and 48-hour options available
- 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend
- Must work at least 1 holiday per contract
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Cardiac Med/Tele unit, which consists of 37 beds. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to float to other units as needed, adapting to the facility's scheduling requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor cardiac patients and interpret telemetry data
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in charge nurse responsibilities and receive necessary training
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- 1 year recent experience in acute medical-surgical/telemetry nursing
- 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates
- Active NY RN license
- NIH Stroke scale certification
- AHA BLS certification
