Registered Nurse (RN) - NOC Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is focused on providing high-quality patient care by assessing, implementing, and evaluating the needs of assigned patients under the direction of licensed physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with patients, their families, professional peers, and other healthcare team members to individualize patient care using the nursing process.
- Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to established standards of nursing practice, administrative, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required); Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the clinical specialty area (Preferred)
- Licensure/Certifications: PA Registered Nurse License (RN-LIC) (Required); Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
