Senior Center Administrator

About the Role:
The Senior Center Administrator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the health care services provided at Access Medical Group of Westchester, Inc. This position is responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions are executed efficiently, which directly impacts the quality of care delivered to patients. The administrator will lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and operational excellence. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning and implementation of policies that align with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, the Senior Center Administrator is crucial in enhancing the overall patient experience and ensuring the center's success in delivering high-quality health care services.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health care administrative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of health care regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Health Administration or a related field.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and health information management.
Certification from a recognized health care administration organization.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the health care center, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and resource allocation, to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing concerns and improving service delivery.
