The Part Time BCBA provides individualized ABA therapy to empower children with autism spectrum disorder and support their families. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality behavioral analysis based on BCBA standards, working afternoon hours Monday through Friday. What can we offer you?

Competitive hourly rate: $45/hour
Eligible for benefits starting at 25 hours/week
Administrative and clinical support
Work-life balance with weekday work, no weekend requirements
Ability to transfer to other regions within ABS Kids
BCBA Leadership Retreat
Community involvement including things like sensory friendly events, Special Olympics teams, run/walk sponsorships, sensory friendly baseball games

Who are we looking for?

Available afternoon hours 2-7pm Monday-Friday
A passion to help children with autism and their families live their best lives
Integrity to always do whats right for the individual child and their family
Ability to hold yourself to the highest standards of quality in everything you do
The ability to be transparent, accessible, and as innovative as you can working as a Behavior Analyst
Master's degree and BCBA certification or in the process of receiving certification; we hire new grads and experienced BCBAs
