Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN SICU - Surgical Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in New York, New York.

Job Title: RN – SICU (Contract)

Location:1190 Fifth Ave, New York, NY 10029
Unit: Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU)
Schedule: 3x12 hr night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill post-surgical patients.
Administer and titrate IV drips, ventilator support, and advanced monitoring.
Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and other team members.
Educate patients’ families on treatment plans and post-hospital care.
Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC.
Participate in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements NYS RN license BSN (required) BLS & ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years Surgical ICU (SICU) experience in a hospital setting Travel RN experience preferred EPIC experience highly preferred
