We are working with a prominent law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Litigation team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a successful Litigation team, advising clients across a variety of contentious matters. The role will involve drafting pleadings, affidavits, preparing witness statements and representing clients at dispute resolution forums.
The solicitor will also liaise with experts, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures. The successful candidate will also support and mentor junior members of the litigation team.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified solicitor, admitted in NI;
- Litigation experience;
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills;
- Technically excellent;
- Team player;
- Ability to work in fast environment;
- Strong communication skills.
