LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Kaneohe, Hawaii.

Job Description & Requirements

Duration: 13 weeks
40 hours per week
Shift: 8 hours, days
Employment Type: Travel

On Call Requirements:

6 shifts a month as needed, to include weekends

Weekend Requirements:

Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)

2+ year Nursing experience - REQUIRED
6 months of Home Health experience - REQUIRED
Travel experience - REQUIRED
Active and clear driver's license and car insurance - REQUIRED
Hawaii license - REQUIRED
Homecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED
COVID and FLU vaccine - REQUIRED. Will not take declinations!
Bachelor's degree - preferred
Case Manager experience - preferred
