NO LOCAL TRAVELERS - cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility.

RTO after acceptance may not be accommodated by Facility. Please list all RTO in submission. 5 days or less is encouraged.

• 8 Bed Unit

• Ratio - 1:1 (active labor)

• 1:2/3 for Mother/Baby
