LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

Must have a vehicle for this assignment
Ratios: 1:20
Will float between units as needed, based on skill set
Floating may occur between the following facilities:
- Milwaukie
- Newberg
- Portland
- Hood River
- Willamette Falls
- Seaside
- Saint Vincent
Seaside-specific notes:
- +$5/hr incentive for hours worked if floated to Seaside from another facility
- IRS mileage reimbursement
- Hotel offered if floating to Seaside on consecutive shifts
- Facility will give as much notice as possible

Licensure & Certification:

(Not specified beyond Case Manager role – assumed standard RN license required for case management role)

Scheduling Details:

On-call required: No
Weekends required: Yes (every other weekend)
Block scheduling: Unknown
48-hour schedules: Not approved
Holiday time off: May request standard and/or one of the three major holidays (client discretion for approval)
