Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Journeyperson Plumber will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Perform pipe threading and welding as necessary for various projects.
Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on remodeling projects to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Apply basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

Skills
Proficient in blueprint reading to accurately interpret plumbing layouts.
Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus for integrated projects.
Experience with pipe threading techniques for various types of piping materials.
Strong ability to build and remodel plumbing systems according to specifications.
Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
Hands-on experience in field service environments addressing plumbing issues.
Welding skills are beneficial for certain installation tasks.
Proficient use of hand tools essential for plumbing work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41.33 - $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 50 per week
