Responsibility Overview:

We are seeking a talented Personal Injury Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. This role requires expertise in legal drafting, research, negotiation, and litigation. COMPETITIVE BASE + VARIABLE INCOME + BONUS. INDEED SALARY LISTED IS COMBO OF THESE, 1 YR. AVG.

Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Take and Defend Depositions
- Manage a caseload from inception through resolution

Experience:

- Proven experience in personal injury law
- Strong litigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks
