Introduction
Join our dynamic team as an integral part of our IT infrastructure, where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Office 365 environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative setting, contributing to the seamless operation of our communication and collaboration tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proficiency in Office 365 Administration
Experience with Outlook and Azure Active Directory
Strong understanding of Exchange Server Management

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Proofpoint
Familiarity with Exchange migration processes
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and analysis

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Add new users, create groups, and set permissions within Office 365
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Admin Center and Azure Active Directory
Manage mailboxes, mail flow, and configure security and compliance settings
