We are now seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team!

As the Sales Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources and communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community and advance sales to move-in.

What you’ll do:

· Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects needs. Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours. Inspect the building and model apartment(s) on a regular basis to maximize tour readiness.

· Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development.

· Utilize Aline to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database. Perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.

· Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.

What you’ll bring:

· A passion for sales.

· Two or more years of previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred.

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Compensation includes a base wage plus commission!
