The Estavillo Law Group team is a rapidly growing Real Estate Litigation law firm with offices in Oakland, California and Newport Beach, California. We are looking for a Senior Attorney to join the team in our Newport Beach office on a hybrid schedule. As our next Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced legal team covering all areas of Real Estate and Foreclosure Litigation. Our cases involve all aspects of real estate law, including protecting our client's real property from foreclosure to encroachment, quiet enjoyment of property to breach of contract claims against contractors, and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

Counsel and communicate with clients

Attend remote and In-person court appearances

Conduct mediations, depositions, and arbitrations

Perform legal research and writing

Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, judgments, etc

Maintain billable hours requirements

We are offering this as a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in our office at 1301 Dove Street. The office building offers a number of comforts including an on-site café, EV charging, and a full amenity center with golf simulators, game tables, arcade games, TVs and more.

What Estavillo Law Group has to offer you:

Competitive salary, DOE range $175,000-$225,000

Requirements:

Active License to Practice Law in the state of California

Minimum of 10 years litigation experience

Minimum of 2 years Real Estate Law experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
