Evans Family Law Group is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to take on meaningful responsibility, sharpen trial skills, and grow under hands-on mentorship.

What you'll do

Lead client intake and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism
Prepare witnesses and develop persuasive testimony strategies
Conduct case research and draft sophisticated pleadings, discovery, and settlement documents
Drive mediation and trial preparation, including factual and legal strategy
Attend hearings to gain valuable courtroom skills
Attend depositions and mediations to assist the lead attorney and support clients
Leverage legal technology to manage workflow and improve client service

Who we're looking for

2+ years practicing law in Texas (Austin preferred)
Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas (preferred)
Familiarity litigation process and a strong interest in courtroom advocacy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and trustworthy
A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow under mentorship
