Associate Attorney

Miller & Miller, a Milwaukee based bankruptcy law firm seeks an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial-minded associate to practice primarily bankruptcy and various federal consumer laws. You will handle Chapter 7 bankruptcies.

We are a high volume firm looking for someone with a desire to help change clients' lives. The ideal candidate will be an outcomes-focused professional, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent conflict resolution skills, is proficient in time management techniques that support the execution of high volume caseloads, and has a willingness to learn and continually improve their knowledge base.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
341 hearing coverage,
Preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions, schedules, financial statements and filings related to the commencement, continuation and conclusion of such cases,
Drafting pleadings and memoranda of law,
Attending hearings,
Maintaining excellent client service for all assigned cases, and
Tracking case work through our case management systems.
