**Job Description: Night Shift Nursing Opportunity - 12-Hour Shifts**
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our team for a fulfilling night shift nursing position. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and supporting patients and their families. Ideal candidates will be experienced in a healthcare setting and ready to work 12-hour shifts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during night shifts.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
**Position Details:**
- Shift: Night Shift (12 hours)
- Contract Duration: 90 weeks
- Guaranteed hours provided for all shifts.
