Dealership Valet Manager

Are you a motivated leader with experience in the automotive industry? DealerFLEX is looking for a talented Dealership Valet Manager to oversee valet operations at a high-end car dealership in Fort Washington, PA. Your Role & Responsibilities:

Lead & manage the Service Drive Team – recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
Ensure efficiency & service excellence – maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
Monitor safety & compliance – conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
Strengthen client relationships – serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
Oversee payroll & scheduling – manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
Develop future leaders – mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

Supervisory experience – preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
Excellent communication skills – ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
Strong problem-solving ability – quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented & organized – effective management of schedules and operations
Valid driver’s license – minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record

Working Conditions:

Active role requiring standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions
