The Private Client Team
Our Private Client team is an award-winning team, led by Divisional Head, Valerie Robinson who is based at the Bromsgrove office. This role is based at Worcester office where you will work with one other fee earner. The Private Client team operates from Kidderminster, Ludlow, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Birmingham and Telford offices.
You will be based in the Worcester office and be able to mix of hybrid/flexible working which will be driven by business and client needs. We want to ensure that you will be fully supported by the Worcester and wider Private Client team upon joining, so we will introduce you to our existing client base across the area and show you the mfg ropes!
Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by…
We looking for a dedicated Private Client Senior Associate This is an exciting opportunity to grow within our dynamic Private Client Division, where we handle a broad spectrum of cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve a range of complex client matters.
- Advise clients on wills, powers of attorney, probate, estates, trustee powers/duties and establishment of trusts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication throughout.
- Maintain best practice for debt recovery.
- Proactively engage in marketing and business development - effect introductions to other divisions.
- Adhere to and implement Law Society and firm guidelines and regulations.
- Follow regulatory and best practices in accordance with GDPR and Solicitors accounts rules.
- Assist Divisional Head with allocated duties and on technical and professional updates.
- Line management responsibility where required.
- Attain individual and assist with divisional financial performance targets.
Requirements
- 8 years PQE.
- Proven experience handling Private Client cases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
- A proactive approach to business development and marketing.
