Interim Commercial Solicitor - Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Leeds (Hybrid)

Contract: 3 month Fixed-Term contract

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and pragmatic Commercial Solicitor to join an industry leading organisation on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a purpose-driven business that values integrity, innovation, and impact.

You’ll be part of a collaborative legal team, providing strategic and operational support across a wide range of commercial matters. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts (including procurement, services, technology, and partnership agreements)
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risk, compliance, and contract strategy
Support regulatory and governance matters relevant to the healthcare sector
Liaise with external counsel where necessary
Contribute to process improvements and legal templates

About You

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE
Strong background in commercial law, ideally with in-house experience
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Available to start at short notice
