White Collar Construction - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Competitive Base + High Commission + Career Progression

Our client, a well-established and expanding recruitment business, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to grow a white collar construction desk. This is a full 360 role with huge earning potential and a clear route into leadership for the right person. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own client base, shape your market, and make a real impact, backed by a supportive leadership team and strong infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and develop a white collar construction desk from scratch
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle (permanent placements)
Win new business and build long-term client relationships
Mentor and develop junior consultants as the desk grows
Identify and drive growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

360 recruitment experience in white collar construction
Proven billing record in a business development–focused role
Strong commercial awareness and resilience
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Leadership experience or ambition to lead a team
