Schedule: Day Shift
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Support Services Supervisor provides oversight of payment posting, billing, customer service, and credit/refund resolution to ensure accurate accounting of money received, to ensure excellent customer service, and to facilitate the goals and objectives of the Patient Business Services department. This position also interacts with finance and accounting departments as well as outside auditors, as required.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 2+ years of supervising healthcare cash posting, billing, customer service and credits/refund resolution experience in hospital setting preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Scale Information
$71,781.00-$123,053.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
