Key Responsibilities

Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings in employment litigation matters.
Prepare, argue, and respond to motions in state and federal court.
Take and defend depositions in wage and hour, discrimination, and other employment-related cases.
Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of employment litigation experience .
Strong background in wage and hour , class actions , and PAGA matters.
Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Must be admitted to practice in California .
Prior experience at a reputable law firm or employment boutique preferred.

Location

Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid work options available depending on team and client needs
