The Operations Traineris responsiblefor creating, maintaining, and delivering relevant and engaging trainings that provide required content specific to the site.
This position temporarily reports to the Sr. Manufacturing Managerand will eventually transition to a final organizational structure as the facility is built out.
Work together with different team members to create site and role specific curriculums, training materials and testing materials for associates.These curriculums will include operational, EHS and QMS related topics. Execute the Train the Trainer program to the site to support on the job training.
Conducts the design and development of eLearning, classroom, and hands on trainings.Uses learning principles to develop the appearance, organization, and functionality of learning systems and materials.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Frequently move, lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 30 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/move weights greater than 30 pounds with assistance
Ability to continuously stand or sit for up to 2 hours at a time. Walk on uneven or unlevel surfaces as well as occasionally climbstairs and ladders; squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot and reach
Frequently use fingers or hands to grasp, clamp, move, push, pull, handle, and feel small objects.
It would be a plus if you also possessprevious experience in:
Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming & rework documentation requirements and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specification.
