**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the principles and current practices of nursing, using the nursing process to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Direct and supervise nursing support staff in delivering patient care consistent with administrative and departmental policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, trends, and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards in all aspects of nursing care.
**Qualifications:**
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required). Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
- Licenses: Valid PA Registered Nurse License (required).
- Credentials: Basic Life Support certification (required).
- Specialty certifications or additional training may be required based on the area of practice.
