Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech Inpatient
Job Details:
• Work weekend night shift schedule: 3x12 hour shifts Friday-Sunday from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• No call requirements
• Minimum two years clinical experience in CT required
• Experience in trauma required
• Travel experience required
• Must maintain ARRT(R) certification upon hire
• ARRT(CT) Registry must be acquired within 12 months of hire
• State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography required
• AHA BLS certification required within 60 days of hire
• Produce diagnostic CT scans and assist radiologists with procedures
• Provide patient care for neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Coordinate daily workflow and assist with throughput for ER, inpatients, and outpatients
• Administer IV contrast materials under radiologist direction
• Handle advanced imaging for trauma, stroke, and code aorta cases
• May be required to float to other areas based on competency level
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts
• Must maintain current CPR certification and complete mandatory in-services

This medical center is the region's only Level II Trauma Center, serving as the primary trauma facility between Sacramento and Salt Lake City. The facility treats over 80,000 ER and trauma patients annually and houses the region's only children's hospital.
