Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Oncology for a local contract nursing job in Harvey, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in oncology nursing
AOCNP, OCN (or equivalent certification from the ONCC)

Certification:

AOCNP, OCN (or equivalent cert from the ONCC), BLS,

The oncology nurse navigator works in the outpatient setting and provides cancer genetics risk screening and referral for testing; functions as the cancer survivorship coordinator and provides navigation clinical support and supervisory oversight to the oncology navigation social service worker. Completes survivorship care plans and reviews with patients.
