Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Shipside Operations Specialist to support F-15 Manufacturing Integration in Berkeley, MO.
This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled team, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, that works together to meet our customers' needs with quality, speed, and efficiency. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists with activities across F-15 program to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Provides limited feedback on assessment results
- Supports the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
- Makes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts
- Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
- Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance
- Reviews products for sound judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy
- Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals
- Represents the organization on specific projects
- Uses technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Facilitates ongoing coordination and tracking of open items
- Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing
- 3+ years' experience working in operations analysis
- 3+ years' experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
- 3+ years' experience working in a multi-functional team environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience working on a Fighter Program

Summary pay range: $72,250 – $97,750
