We're Hiring: Defense Litigation Attorney (8-12 Years of Experience)

Are you a dedicated attorney who thrives in the courtroom and enjoys the practice of law? Our dynamic defense litigation firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney with 8-12 years of defense litigation experience to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional who is passionate about advocacy and delivering results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft high-quality legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs
Conduct depositions of fact and expert witnesses with confidence and precision
Communicate effectively with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular updates
Develop and execute defense strategies with a strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules
Collaborate with partners and legal teams to achieve successful outcomes
Appear at all routine pre-trial matters, as well as hearings to argue or defend motions.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school with 8-12 years of defense litigation experience
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Proven ability to take and defend depositions, including expert witness depositions
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Passion for the practice of law and a commitment to achieving the best results for clients

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
