About the Role: As the Executive Assistant you will support and be a strategic partner to 1-3 senior level executive leaders . You will assist with a high volume of calendar management, travel arrangements and expense management. You will maintain the department organizational chart and help prepare presentations as necessary. You will also provide support to other department VPs as needed.
As a trusted member of the team, you will be a confidante on topics relating to the strategy, growth, and daily operations of the business. This role will be hybrid and will be required to work in our Emeryville Corporate Office 3-5 days per week and as needed to support the business.
Responsibilities Include: - Heavy calendar management and prioritization, travel, expense reports, vendor management, and any other tasks needed to maximize team productivity
- Prepare internal and external presentations and communications as requested in PowerPoint and using other communication programs
- Plan leadership team meetings and team-building events
- Responsible for organizing the minutes for leadership meetings, follows up on open items as required
- Build cross-functional internal relationships, particularly with the direct reports of your executives
- Partner with the Executive Assistant to the Office of the CEO & President when needed
- Act as a key partner on special projects as needed
- Adaptable and proactive in both identifying and taking on additionally needed responsibilities as business needs change and grow
- In everything, represent Grocery Outlet and the Grocery Outlet team with confidentiality, professionalism, kindness, and efficiency
About The Pay: - Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 Annually

- Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
About You: - 5+ years of experience supporting a c-level executive at a fast-paced organization
- A team player who goes above and beyond to support the business.
- Working knowledge of current business administration tools and technology
- Thrive in a fast-paced start up like environment
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Customer service oriented
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Master multitasker with the ability to support several executives simultaneously
- Organized, detail oriented with strong intellectual horsepower
- Strong project management experience
- Strong proficiency working with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Strong customer focus and is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers
