$2500 SIGN ON BONUS NOW OFFERED!!! This is for full-time hires only, and will be paid out in quarterly installments over a year.
Pay Range: Starting at $48.00/hr

What you will do:

Coordination of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process
Ensures accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payor program requirements.
Ensures accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided

Must have:

Current RN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
Previous MDS 3.0 experience required
Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English

As required by state and local law, Willapa Harbor Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Willapa Harbor Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
