Position Summary Coordinates schedule and waitlist management across all disciplines to support fair, consistent, and quality access to care. Utilizes clinical expertise to ensure appropriate scheduling practices, timely re-evaluations, and discharge planning that promote equitable opportunities and efficient waitlist throughput. Coordinates educational opportunities for staff, provides performance feedback to supervisors, and serves as the primary point of contact for students and volunteers, including functional oversight. Assists the department supervisor and manager in implementing workflows, quality initiatives, resource planning, and staff engagement. Will also follow the discipline specific requirements in accordance to state licensure and related hospital job description.
Education Minimally required education requirements: Will follow the discipline specific requirements in accordance to state licensure and related hospital job description. Discipline of either Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in area of practice. Pediatric population preferred. Leadership experience preferred.
Skills BLS certification required. Strong communication and collaboration skills aligned with Valley's SERVE and CARE values. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing time and stress effectively. Demonstrates critical thinking and professionalism in dynamic healthcare settings.
