Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role the focus will be on administrative support and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
We are looking for an assistant who can work independently, make good judgment calls, and handle sensitive situations with discretion. You'll mainly support the executive directly with some collaboration with the broader HR team on various initiatives. The right person for this role is someone who thrives on organization, enjoys helping others succeed, and brings positive energy to everything they do.
We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly, think on their feet, and knows when to take the initiative versus when to seek guidance.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactively manage calendar, expenses and scheduling to optimize executive's time
- Monitor deadlines providing updates and urgency when necessary
- Keep team updated on general information and priorities
- Comprehensive travel planning and logistics
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Proven track record of being a resource multiplier, not a resource drain
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and manage them proactively
- High emotional intelligence when interacting with executives, staff and external partners
- Maintains composure and professionalism in high-pressure environments
- Brings energy and positive momentum to executive and team interactions
- Self-directed with strong initiative - brings possible solutions to issues
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills with high responsiveness
- Ability to represent the CHRO professionally in all interactions
- Diplomatic approach to sensitive situations
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree

Compensation: $75,000-$100,000
