• 8+ years of experience as a Tableau Server Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of Tableau Server installation, configuration, and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to handle server performance issues.
• Experience with server monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in server backup and recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with security measures, authentication methods, and firewall configurations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and provide user support.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior administrators.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Generic Managerial Skills Good in communication and should be good in general offshore and onshore delivery management.
