12-hour shifts -- 7:30 to 7:30
65 patients per day average
Hospital-based outpatient emergency department
Procedural skills required including intubation and arterial lines
Lumbar punctures, paracentesis, and thoracentesis required
I&D, suturing, splinting, and foreign body removal required
Annual volume of 22,500 patients
Board certification required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
