Position Summary: The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Administrator with leading, managing, and directing the overall operations of the nursing community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. The Assistant Administrator will work alongside the Administrator to organize, develop, manage, and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times. The Assistant Administrator will also help plan, implement and achieve the community's business objectives.
Education and Qualifications: - Must be a Licensed Nursing Home administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating in. Must have knowledge of state guidelines/ regulations in which you are practicing.
Experience: - Must have relevant supervisory experience or experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care.
Shift & Wage: - Full-Time Opportunity Available

- Wage: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
