This is an exciting opportunity to join Lockheed Martin as a Corporate Executive Compensation professional, where you will play a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide executive compensation programs. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to work with Business Areas and corporate stakeholders to ensure consistent application of executive compensation philosophy and processes. What you'll be doing:
• Support the development, administration, and execution of enterprise-wide executive compensation programs and processes, including base salary, short-term incentive, long-term incentives, year-end pay planning, Salary Boards, and Special Agreements
• Participate in the management of the equity grant nomination and award process to ensure compliance with legal and plan requirements
• Interface with external consulting companies that provide survey data for market analysis
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to guide competitive and equitable pay decisions
• Analyze large, complex compensation datasets and translate insights into clear recommendations and rationale
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as Talent Acquisition, Audit, and Corporate Legal on executive compensation matters
• Develop training, communication, and reference materials to support understanding of compensation programs
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of systems affecting compensation processes
• Partner with and support Business Area POCs, serving as a trusted consultant on executive compensation processes and decisions to develop solutions to address emerging business needs

Who are you:
You are a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in executive compensation, possessing:
• Strong technical expertise in compensation analysis and design
• Business acumen and problem-solving skills to support complex compensation decisions
• Acute attention to detail and ability to analyze large, complex compensation datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external consulting companies
• Ability to develop training, communication, and reference materials to support understanding of compensation programs
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills to work with Business Area POCs and other stakeholders to develop solutions to address emerging business needs
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, accounting, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, compensation, finance, accounting, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups and advanced formulas), with demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex topics to senior leadership
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and functions

• Prior exposure to broad based and/or executive compensation preferable but not required

Ability to work remotely
Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
