Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Business Operations, to join the Global Consumer Product & Commercial team. As a senior member of the Consumer Leadership Team, you will be a trusted advisor and counsel to the SVP of PayPal's Consumer business, influencing executive-level decisions and helping to establish the overall business strategy for the organization.

- Provide key inputs as an industry leader and expert.
- Drive long-term success strategy of the function in partnership with functional leaders.
- Ensure strategic objectives are met and resources are effectively allocated.
- Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
- Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
- Develop and oversee Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) addressing gaps in business and operations.
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification: - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability - including organic and inorganic assessment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated learning agility and passion for taking on new challenges and executing with high velocity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially with storyboarding and deck writing for diverse audiences ranging from board members, senior executives, to broad-based team member groups.
