An Urgent Care Physician provides timely medical care in state-of-the-art urgent care centers, handling patient diagnostics, minor procedures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. This role requires board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds, with proficiency in EKGs, X-rays, and patient care across all ages. - Daily Volume Bonus (paid monthly) based on patient metrics
- Quarterly Bonus (up to 5% of base salary) based on patient satisfaction and quality

Minimum Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds
Experience treating patients of all ages
Proficiency in minor procedures (sutures, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, and X-rays
Willingness to collaborate with advanced practitioners
