The Urgent Care Physician at Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in Northwest Arkansas provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern facility equipped with advanced imaging and EMR systems. Board-certified or eligible physicians with experience in family medicine, emergency medicine, or med/peds are encouraged to join a collaborative team focused on quality and professional growth.

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our diverse and welcoming team in Northwest Arkansas . We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time & part-time.

Competitive compensation and Sign-On Bonus!
Bonus structure including:
- Daily Volume Bonus (paid monthly) based on patient metrics.
- Quarterly Bonus (up to 5% of base salary) based on patient satisfaction and quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds
Experience treating patients of all ages
Proficiency in minor procedures (sutures, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, and X-rays
Willingness to collaborate with advanced practitioners
