Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Chillicothe, IL (Just 2.5 Hours from Chicago)

Opportunity Highlights:

Open to board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians.
Join a thriving outpatient practice alongside a board-certified physician and a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider
Full-time position with flexible scheduling and designated administrative time
Epic EMR integrated across all clinics and hospitals to streamline care coordination
Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM; Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
Competitive compensation of $350,000+ with additional incentives
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, 403(b) with employer match, long-term disability, CME allowance, relocation assistance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage
