The MDS Coordinator is responsible for conducting and coordinating the MDS Assessment with the appropriate participation of health professionals.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 2 years experience in LTC facility and knowledge of Title XXII regulations and OBRA standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 1 year recent experience in hospital direct patient care or work in a Long-Term Care, Sub Acute and/or TCU setting.
