The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Med Surg unit, integrating collaborative care planning and implementing nursing standards. Nurses will be responsible for managing up to 6 patients, supported by 2 Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor. Duties include patient assessment, medication administration, documentation in EPIC EMR, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. Compliance with patient safety and infection control policies is required. Block scheduling is not available.Ax

Requirement Details
Experience 3+ years of current Med Surg RN experience – Required; Previous Travel – Preferred; Charge Experience – Required
EMR EPIC experience – Highly Preferred
Certifications BLS (AHA) – Required; ACLS (AHA) – Required
License Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact License – Required; Must be active and in good standing
Other COVID Vaccination – Preferred; Must provide NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Certificate at submission; Traveler must have own vehicle
Profile Requirements Work History; Skills Checklist (within 1 year); 1 Signed Supervisory Reference (within 2 years); License & Certifications uploaded
RTO Policy All RTO must be included at profile upload; No more than 5 days accepted; Requests after upload will not be approved
