The proposed salary range for this position is:
$55,400 - $116,400 * * *
The Opportunity: This position will be located in a Shared Service Center, where the individual will be responsible for preparation and administration of subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments. Typically works on high dollar subcontract activities valued above $700,000.
Responsibilities: - Administer and manages subcontracts in accordance with CACI standards, plans and policies.
- Drafts, reviews, analyze and negotiate contract and subcontract documents.
- Analyzes and negotiates related agreements.
- Leads teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations with outside sources.
- Reviews client solicitations received by company and provides recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to business management proposal team.
- Prepares and supports large subcontract negotiations.
- Tasks include the negotiation of terms and conditions, analyses of price, and creation of the subcontract documents.
- Responsible for managing large teams of subcontractors by monitoring the subcontractor's performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices.
- Reviews and resolves with subcontractors all issues affecting subcontract performance and ensures subcontractor compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and customer objectives.
- Maintains contact with senior level managers regarding subcontract negotiation, preparation and monitoring.
- Position requires daily interactions with the Program Team regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.
- Advises management of prime contractor/subcontractor rights and obligations and provides interpretation of subcontract terms and conditions.
- Researches and recommends subcontract policies and procedures.
- Provides advice and guidance to less experienced employees.
Qualifications: Required: (Must have required technical knowledge and experience listed below easily found on resume before submitting for the position) - Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 5+ years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules.
- Experience developing, coordinating, and validating requirements matrix; tracking and reporting contract amendments and modifications.
- Experience developing and updating standard contract forms.
- Experience coordinating contract activities and interacting with technical, business development and accounting staff.
- Experience with SOWs, RFQs, RFPs, ITBs, RFI's, and evaluating responses on diverse types of contracts and agreements, as well as developing and submitting responses to these documents.
Desired:
- Experience in Costpoint and P2P systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules.
- Advanced Excel and Word Document skills.
- CFCM Cert.
