Job Title: Administrative Assistant 4
Location: Redmond, WA
Salary Range: $40/hr to $44/hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting executives and ensuring smooth operations at our Redmond location. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing calendars, purchase orders, and secure space logistics.
Required Skills & Qualifications

8-7 years of overall experience in the field.
Experience of AI applications in the administrative field
Minimum 4-5 years of experience with supporting calendaring for multiple executives, including VP level.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Employee Central
Minimum 8 years of experience with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Prior experience supporting executives and managing secure spaces.
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience or understanding of AI applications in the administrative field.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage calendars for approximately three executives, including a VP.
Open purchase orders and handle related administrative tasks.
Support executives and adapt to new internal tools.
Manage a secure space, including responsibility for temporary badges and access logistics.
Primarily support onsite operations at the Red West C location in Redmond.
