ABOUT THE JOB The Executive Protection Residential Lead is responsible for executing and overseeing comprehensive security measures for the residences of Anduril's principal executives. This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational skills who can implement robust security protocols while maintaining a discreet and non-intrusive presence. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in residential security, technical security risk assessment, and team leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Implement comprehensive residential security plans tailored to each executive's specific needs and risk profile.
- Conduct regular risk assessments of executive residences and surrounding areas, adjusting security measures as needed.
- Lead and coordinate residential security teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of residential security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, fire departments, and relevant agencies to ensure coordinated response capabilities.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for scenarios such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
- Manage visitor protocols, including vetting processes and access control procedures.
- Collaborate with the Executive Protection Tactical Lead to ensure seamless transitions between residences and other locations.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for residential security operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to residential security and privacy.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Executive Protection Program Manager and other stakeholders as required.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in residential security, implementing improvements as appropriate.
- Maintain flexibility to support other roles within the Security Special Services Program as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in residential security management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in executing and managing comprehensive residential security plans.
- Strong understanding of security technologies and systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Military or law enforcement background.
- Advanced training in executive protection, such as ESI or EPDI certifications.
- Experience with high-tech or defense industry clients.
- Advanced first aid and defensive driving certifications.
US Salary Range
$114,000-$171,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
