We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Procore Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on Procore experience at a superuser level. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and developing custom workflows, supporting project teams, and enabling our project teams through robust initial training and personalized one-on-one support. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and technical problem-solving abilities who can serve as the go-to expert for Procore within our organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Procore System Management:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Procore platform, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve workflows that enhance project efficiency and data integrity.
- Assist in setting up the prime contract, company & user contacts and directory information as well as other job set up functions within Procore
- Workflow Development:
- Create, test, and refine custom workflows tailored to meet the specific needs of project and sales teams.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify workflow gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Company & Project Reports:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify specific reports needed to get visibility to and manage budgets, schedules, project management tool usage/compliance.
- Create, test, and refine company and project reports tailored to meet the specific needs for the organization.
- Training and Support:
- Provide comprehensive initial training to new users and ongoing support to project teams, ensuring they maximize the platform's potential.
- Offer one-on-one support sessions to address specific queries, troubleshoot issues, and optimize individual user experiences.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with project managers, sales representatives, and IT staff to align Procore functionalities with organizational goals.
- Act as the liaison between Procore and other business systems, facilitating seamless integration and data exchange.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor system usage and performance to recommend enhancements or upgrades.
- Stay current on Procore updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends to continually evolve the platform's capabilities.
Required Qualifications: - Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct Procore experience, demonstrating superuser-level proficiency.
- Proven track record in creating, managing, and optimizing custom workflows within ProCore.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Procore's functionalities and configuration options.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Training & Communication:
- Exceptional interpersonal and training skills, capable of delivering clear, effective guidance both in group settings and one-on-one.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
